12 Days of Kristen

Today is my birthday! I am now 31 years old. Yeah me!

I love my birthday. Frank constantly makes fun of me for how much I get into it, so I named it the 12 Days of Kristen. I don't define the 12 days, so it can be the 12 before and after the 11th. This year I tried to inform him that you know how stores have after Thanksgiving sales in preparation for Christmas. Similarly, the July 4 sales are in preparation for my birthday. I don't think he bought it.

For my birthday today we journeyed to the pool this morning and ran into my brother, sister-in-law and 2 nieces. We swam for a while, had lunch and now Meredith is napping. This evening they are headed over here as well as my sister for pizza and cake.

Hmmm. Maybe I'll add a birthday ticker at the top for my birthday. You all have 365 shopping days left before I turn 32!
